At Dreamland Toybox Adventures, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Find out everything you need to know about getting your toys delivered, what to do if you need to return something, and how to collect your order.

Delivery options & costs

We offer a straightforward delivery service to ensure your toys arrive safely and efficiently. Our postage and packing on all orders except free delivery over £30.we offer reliable couriers such as Evri InPost or royal mail to ensure your items are delivered securely and promptly. All tracking information will be sent via email.

To make parcel postage options below easy enough here is our clear guide

Up 10 squishys will fit in any medium parcel , excluded example (6 xl cubes or octopuses are purchased due to weight please select a large parcel.) We choose medium as postage options to give us space to protect the toys to in the box.

Our largest toys 

If you purchased one big zuru dinosaur car set and a medium toy and small bits select large parcel.

2 medium toys and loads of small ones meduim parcel.

Returns and refunds

We take pride in the quality of our CE-approved branded toys. However, if you are not happy with a toy due to a fault, please contact us immediately. Provide us with photos and as much detail as possible regarding the issue. Depending on the problem, we will either replace the faulty item or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Unwanted Toys (Change of Mind)

 

  • Online purchases: You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and another 14 days to send the toy back (28 days total) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. [1, 2]

 

Providing the toy is in resale able conditon, this means if I toys seal is broken to inspect the contents it can be returned if boxed as new, broken torn boxes are not acceptable,  and refund wont be issued , all toys will be inspected on return. 

 

Squishys

Squishys are not returnable if the packet is open or seal broken or ce tags removed.

In the unlikely event there is a manifacturing defect send us photos to wattsapp and we will inspect and issue a replacement, only with clear photos provided.

 

Collecting your order

For our local customers in Fakenham or Sheringham, United Kingdom, we offer the convenience of physical pick-up for your online orders. If you choose to collect your toys, please provide us with a rough estimated time of arrival (ETA) so we can ensure your order is ready and waiting for you at one of our loacal markets.
